  • Minced Garlic
  • Barbecue Sauce

For the full recipe, scroll to the bottom for the recipe card.

Variations Ideas:

  • Seasoning – Feel free to change the seasoning by using garlic powder instead of minced garlic. You can also use onion powder instead of fresh onion. We like to add pepper and salt when it is being served.
  • Sauce – Instead of Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce try mixing chili sauce.
  • Meatballs – You can also different types of meatballs when making this recipe. Substitute with ground beef, ground turkey meatballs or homemade meatballs.

Step by Step Instructions:

Placing meatballs and ingredients in the slow cooker

Step 1 – Add frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.

Combining ingredients in the slow cooker

Step 2 – Stir until all the ingredients are well combined. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.

Recipe Tips:

  • Cook Frozen Meatballs – Cook meatballs until heated through. Cooking time will vary but we like to cook on low and then switch to warm while serving.
  • Appetizer – For the perfect and easy appetizer, you can easily serve these meatballs with toothpicks.
  • Combining Ingredients – When placing the meatballs in the meatballs with the BBQ sauce, mix to combine. For the best flavor make sure that the ingredients are combined.
