How to Make Honey Mustard Chicken in Crock Pot

Step 1 – Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.  Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the crock pot.

Step 2 – In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and minced garlic to create the honey mustard sauce.

Step 3 – Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken breasts in the crock pot, making sure the chicken is evenly coated. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours.

Step 4 – Once done, remove the chicken breasts from the crock pot and place them on a cutting board. Use two forks to shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
