- Step 2 – In a separate bowl, whisk together the broth, Dijon mustard, honey, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Step 3 – Pour the broth mixture over the kielbasa and potatoes in the crock pot, stirring gently to distribute the liquid evenly.

- Bite-Size Pieces – We recommend to cut the kielbasa in about the same size pieces. This helps to cook them evenly or makes it easy to serve.
