  • Fresh Potatoes – If you want to use fresh potatoes, dice them into 1/2-inch cubes and increase the cooking time by 1-2 hours on low or 30-60 minutes on high.
  • Bite-Size Pieces – We recommend to cut the kielbasa in about the same size pieces. This helps to cook them evenly or makes it easy to serve.
