I haven’t tried that yet but I think it would be great cold too! If you serve it cold, please let us know how it turns out!
This look like a great potluck idea. Can you serve this cold?
I would double the recipe if you double the amount of chicken breasts used. Thanks.
Do you have to double the recipe if you add four chicken breasts? Like the salsa or anything else?
Not at this time, but here is how I would make this in the instant pot. Place chicken, cream soup, ranch seasoning and salsa in the instant pot with 2 cups of water or chicken broth. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes (if the chicken is frozen) or 20 minutes (if the chicken is fresh) with a quick release. Shred the chicken and stir in the uncooked pasta. Make sure the pasta is covered and add more chicken broth or water if needed. Seal and cook on high pressure for 3 minutes with a quick release. Stir in the sour cream while still warm and serve with the tortilla strips. I hope you enjoy it!
Is there an Instant Pot recipe for this, sure would cut down on cook time.
You can use either frozen or fresh. If you use fresh chicken, then I would reduce the cooking time by 30 minutes. Thank you!
Do you HAVE to use Frozen chicken or just adjust timing?
I loved this recipe. Simply and easy to follow with only a few ingredients and it was delicious. My kids loved it and they are picky eaters. This one is a winner in my household.
I don’t have one at this time but I’m sure it can be made on the stovetop! Thanks
Hey hun, is there a quick version of this recipe???
I don’t have a crockpot. ?
It hard to quantify an exact size on the serving as each batch will be slightly different. 1 serving is 1/6 of the entire the amount. Thank you!
How much is a serving? Ex is it 1 cup?
I haven’t tried it but I think it would still work great.
Can I use brown rice pasta?
