- Spice Level – Feel free to adjust the spice level in this salsa recipe. You can add in seeds for the jalapeno or add in about a ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes.

Recipe Tips
- Prepare Veggies – You are going to do a lot of chopping so I highly recommend you get this stainless steel chopper. I have one and I love it. It is a life saver when you have a ton of chopping to do. I use mine almost every single day.
- Lime Juice – I also have a lime juicer and it is nice because it catches the seeds and gets every last bit of juice. Just another little gadget that helps make life easier.
- Refrigerate – After combining ingredients, make sure to allow the copycat recipe to marinate together for the best flavor.

Sorry for the confusion. It’s a copycat for the restaurant, Chipotle’s, corn salsa.
Can I ask how this is chipotle, when there is no chipotles or chipotle powder included in the recipe? Or am I missing something? With the Jalapeรฑos in it, it’s just regular corn salsa.
You can use diced green chilies or a diced green bell pepper instead of the jalapeรฑos in this recipe.
What is recipe if u eliminate jalopenas?
