How to Make Spinach Artichoke Chicken Pasta
Step 1 – Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside
Step 2 – In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
Step 3 – Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Stir in artichoke hearts and spinach. Cook until spinach wilts.
Step 4 – Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Step 5 – Add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper and stir until melted.
- Step 6 – Toss in cooked pasta and stir to coat with the sauce.
