Best tip ever for shredding chicken!
I immediately cooked my one chicken breast and right from the stove top used my mini food processor to shred. Iโll certainly be using this process when I have much larger portions for chicken enchiladas. Thank you!
Very good and easy. I had leftover diced chicken with red peppers, which added nice flavor and worked well. Warmed up the tortillas and chicken a little as well. The ranch dressing was delish, I look forward to trying it with blue cheese next time. Thanks for sharing ?
