- Step 1 – Coarsely chunk the cauliflower into pieces. Place in a food processor or food chopper until a “rice mixture forms”.
- Step 2 – Dump this raw cauliflower rice into a microwave safe dish with a lid.
- Step 3 – Season the tender rice lightly with garlic salt and pepper.
- Step 4 – Microwave for 5 minutes with the lid on.
- Step 5 – Serve with your favorite dish.

I make cauliflower rice, freeze in portions for my family. Then heat in butter in frying pan along with chopped onion, peppers, garlic and herbs ,whatever you like. Eat with a bit of soy sauce. Just another way to cook it.
