  • Soy Sauce – We have even used coconut aminos
  • Frozen Peas and Diced Carrots Blend – Add in other vegetables such as garlic cloves, red bell pepper or chopped broccoli

How to Make Cauliflower Fried Rice

  • Step 1 – Rice the cauliflower florets by placing large pieces of the cauliflower into a food processor and blending until the cauliflower is in small pieces. You can also use 3 cups of already riced cauliflower.

Step 2 – In a large nonstick skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.  Add in the peas and carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
