Ingredients
- Head of Cauliflower – 3 cups Riced Cauliflower. You can even use Frozen Rice Cauliflower
- Sesame Oil – If you are out, see The Best Sesame Oil Substitute
- Vegetable Oil – You can use other type of oil
- Soy Sauce – We have even used coconut aminos
- Frozen Peas and Diced Carrots Blend – Add in other vegetables such as garlic cloves, red bell pepper or chopped broccoli

How to Make Cauliflower Fried Rice
- Step 1 – Rice the cauliflower florets by placing large pieces of the cauliflower into a food processor and blending until the cauliflower is in small pieces. You can also use 3 cups of already riced cauliflower.
Step 2 – In a large nonstick skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in the peas and carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
Step 3 – Move the veggies to the side of the pan and pour in the eggs.
Step 4 – Scramble the eggs. Next, stir in the cauliflower, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Step 5 – Stir until the ingredients are thoroughly combined but be careful to not smash the peas. Sauté these ingredients (stirring regularly) for 3-4 minutes until the cauliflower is tender. Serve and Enjoy!

- 2 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Frozen Peas and Diced Carrots Blend
- 3 large Eggs
- Green Onions Sliced (Optional for Topping)

- Rice the cauliflower by places large pieces of the cauliflower into a food processor and blend until the cauliflower is in small pieces or you can use 3 cups of already riced cauliflower.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in the peas and carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they are soft.
- Move the veggies to the side of the pan and pour in the eggs.
- Scramble the eggs.
- Then stir in the cauliflower, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and pepper.
- Stir until the ingredients are thoroughly combined but be careful to not smash the peas.
- Sauté these ingredients (stirring regularly) for 3-4 minutes until the cauliflower is tender.
- Serve topped with the green onions and enjoy!
