Buffalo Chicken Wrap recipe is one of my favorite buffalo chicken recipes. We make this all the time and the entire family goes crazy over the buffalo flavor
I can literally toss this together in minutes for a busy weeknight meal. We also love making these for Game day! It is also great for parties and you can cut these in smaller pieces. We all love buffalo chicken so it never disappoints.

- Low Carb – If you are eating low carb, try using lettuce instead of a tortilla. It is a great way to reduce the carbs and still enjoy all of that delicious buffalo chicken flavor.
- Tortilla – You can use wheat flour tortilla or anything you prefer. Try using a smaller tortilla to make these for parties or Game Day.
- Sauce – Hot sauce works just as well as buffalo sauce.
- Chicken – Use leftover rotisserie chicken to make the buffalo wraps. Try using crispy chicken tenders or shredded chicken wings to make the buffalo chicken lettuce wraps.
- Toppings – Top with romaine lettuce, sharp cheddar cheese, red onions, tomatoes and blue cheese crumbles. Yum!
How to Make Buffalo Chicken Wraps
- Step 1 – In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken, half of the Ranch dressing and Buffalo Sauce until the chicken is completely coated with the sauce.
Step 2 – Spoon the chicken onto the wraps. Top with the shredded lettuce and the remaining ranch dressing.
Step 3 – Fold in the edge and roll tightly. Cut in half and enjoy! This is so easy and takes just minutes to prepare. Our family loves it and we keep it on the permanent menu plan rotation.

- Divide Chicken Mixture – Divide the chicken mixture on to the tortilla but make sure to not overfill the tortilla. This helps to prevent the tortilla to tear and makes it easier to wrap the tortilla.
Serving Suggestions
The buffalo flavor goes really well with Homemade Ranch Dressing and blue cheese dressing. I like to have some of both of these out for dipping.
