- Step 1 – Preheat oven to 350 and grease a baking dish or baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
Step 2 – Wrap each chicken breast with 3-4 slices of bacon. Tuck the ends of the bacon under the chicken as shown. Place into prepared pan.
Step 3 – In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, onion powder, cinnamon, olive oil and garlic powder. Mix well.
Step 4 – Pour over chicken in pan and spread the remaining brown sugar mixture on top of bacon with a brush.
Step 5 – Bake for 35-45 minutes depending on thickness of your chicken. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
