Frequently Asked Questions
When cooking the quesadillas in the skillet, make sure to not put to much butter or oil down. To much fat in the skillet can cause the quesadillas to be soggy.
Before placing the quesadillas in the airtight container, place a paper towel down then top with quesadillas. This absorbs moisture to prevent the tortilla from getting soggy.
We usually spray the skillet with cooking spray which coats the pan lightly to cook the quesadillas with a crispy texture.
Storing and Reheating Tips
- Storing – Store the leftovers in an airtight container and place in the refrigerator. The leftovers will last about 3-4 days.
- Reheating – Reheat the leftovers in the air fryer or the microwave. Reheating the quesadillas in the air fryer will help to get the crispy texture in just a few minutes.
