How to Make Air Fryer Pizzas

  • Step 1 – Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Now, some air fryers do not have a preheat option. If this is the case, let the air fryer run at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2 – Coat the air fryer basket with the oil. You can either spray the air fryer basket with a spray olive oil or just rub it on if you do not have a spray bottle.
  • Step 3 – Take each biscuit and flatten them out. Once they are flattened, put them on the bottom of the air fryer basket. I can get 2-3 pizzas at a time in my air fryer but this will vary based on the size of air fryer you have. You will probably have to make the pizzas in batches.
  • Step 4 – Add pizza sauce to each biscuit. If you use homemade pizza sauce recipe, the savings will add up and it tastes better than store bought.
  • Step 5 – Finally, add your favorite toppings. Cook in the air fryer at 375 degrees F for 7-8 minutes until the biscuits are beginning to brown on the outside edges.
  • Step 6 – Remove and put on a cooling rack so the pizzas can completely cool.

Recipe Tips

  • Prepare Air Fryer – We recommend to pre-heat your air fryer and oil the air fryer basket for the best results.
  • Placing Biscuit in Air Fryer – After flattening the biscuit dough, place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cooking Time – Cooking time will vary depending on your air fryer and the biscuits.

  1. Carrie Barnard says:

It does happen a little bit, but I usually add a bit of shredded cheese on top of the pepperoni and the weight of the cheese usually holds all the toppings on while they are cooking. Check them after a few minutes of cooking and put the toppings back on if needed! I hope you enjoy this recipe!

  2. Debbie says:

How do you keep your cheese and pepperoni from flying off of the biscuit once you turn the air fryer on?
