The acidity in Coke greatly tenderizes the meat. The sugar in the soda enhances the sweetness in the recipe. These BBQ ribs are so tender and delicious.
How do I Keep My Ribs From Drying Out?
Keep the lid on while cooking. Resist the urge to keep taking the lid off and checking the ribs.
