Ingredients
- Hawaiian Sweet Rolls – You can make homemade hawaiian rolls if you prefer. You really can use any type of small rolls you prefer or can get on sale.
- Ground Beef – You can also use Ground Turkey or a combination of both.

How to Make Hawaiian Roll Hamburger Sliders
- Step 1 – Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Step 2 – In a large bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Step 3 – Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the ground beef mixture, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and no longer pink, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Step 4 – While the beef is cooking, slice the entire package of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
Step 5 – Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Spread the cooked beef evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
Step 6 – Layer the cheese slices over the hot beef.
Step 7 – In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and ketchup. Spread this mixture on the underside of the top half of the rolls.
Step 8 – Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese layer. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 9 – Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until tops are lightly golden.
Step 10 – Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into individual sliders and serve and enjoy!

- Prepare Vegetables – One of our favorite time saving tips is to use a small food chopper or food processor to quickly and easily chop onions. If you do not have one of these, I highly recommend them.
- Prepare Ground Beef – Cook the ground beef in a large skillet before placing on the rolls. Make sure to drain any excess grease to keep the rolls from getting soggy.
