- Oreo cookies, ground
- Unsalted Butter, melted
Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Mousse Layer:
- Unsalted butter, softened
- Cream Cheese, softened
- Powdered Sugar
- Vanilla Extract
- Instant Hot Cocoa Mix (milk chocolate flavor)
- Cool Whip
Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
- Milk
Topping:
- Heavy Whipping Cream (or 2 ½ cups whipped cream)
- Powdered Sugar
- Mini Marshmallows
- Chocolate Topping or Nutella for serving

- Oreo Cookie Crust – Feel free substitute the Oreo for different types of cookies or different types of Oreo flavors. You can even use a graham cracker crust or a chocolate chip cookies.
- Hot Chocolate Mix – Milk chocolate is what we used but feel free to use dark chocolate mix.
- Cool Whip – Feel free to make Homemade Whipped Topping for this recipe.

Step by Step Instructions:
Step 1 – To make the crust, place whole Oreo cookies with the filling in a food processor and ground in fine crumbs. Stir in melted butter and press the mixture in the bottom of 13 x 9 inches baking dish. Chill crust while preparing other layers.
Step 2 – To make Hot Chocolate Cheesecake Layer, beat softened butter and cream cheese with vanilla and powdered sugar until creamy and smooth in a large bowl. Mix in instant milk chocolate powder into cheesecake mixture and fold in the cool whip.
Step 3 – Then, spread over the crust and set in the fridge or freezer to firm.
Step 4 – For pudding, set in a bowl whisk instant chocolate pudding mix and milk until it starts thickening. Spread over whipped cream and hot chocolate mousse layer. Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
Step 5 – When pudding layer has set, Spread cool whip on top of pudding layer. Then place in the fridge for a few hours or better overnight.
Step 6 – Before serving sprinkle 2 cup mini marshmallows over the top. Serve drizzled with melted chocolate. Store leftovers in the fridge.

- Crushing Oreos – Crush Oreos in a food processor to get that fine crumb texture. If you do not have a food processor, place Oreos in a ziplock bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Freeze Layers – As you are layering the mixture into the baking dish, make sure to freeze. This allows the layers to set to create a delicious dessert lasagna and prevents it from being mushy.
- Cream Cheese – Before combining the cream cheese mixture make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature. This creates a smooth and creamy texture.

- 1/2 powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 0.73 oz envelops of instant hot cocoa mix (milk chocolate flavor)
- 1 1/4 cups cool whip
- Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 2 3.8 oz. chocolate instant pudding mix
- 2 ¾ cups milk
- Topping:
- 1 ¼ cups heavy whipping cream or 2 ½ cups whipped cream
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- Chocolate topping or Nutella for serving
