How to Make Air Fryer Meatballs

Step 1 – Mix all ingredients together until well combined, let rest for 10 minutes.

Step 2 – Roll either 1-inch or 2-inch sized meatballs, depending on how you want to serve them, and place in on a plate.

Step 3 – Place the prepared meatballs in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching.

Step 4 – Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes. Cook meatballs at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes for 1-inch meatballs and 15 minutes for 2-inch meatballs. Shake basket every 5 minutes for even cooking.

Recipe Tips

  • Cooking Scoop – Use a cookie scoop to make the meatballs. This will help to ensure they are uniform and they will cook more evenly. You will love using these stainless steel scoops! They are so handy for lots of things in the kitchen.
  • Work in Batches – Depending on the size of your air fryer basket you may have to work in batches. The meatballs will need to be placed in a single layer in the basket.
  • Cooking Meatballs – Cook times can vary some. I recommend checking at 8 and 12 minutes respectively. We recommend using a meat thermometer to ensure that the meatballs are fully cooked.
