How to Make Zucchini Chips in Air Fryer
- Step 1 – Slice the zucchini into thin slices. You can use a mandolin slicer if you have one. It will gives you uniform thickness and allows even cooking.
Step 2 – In three separate bowls add, flour, salt & pepper, and paprika.
Step 3 – Mix together Eggs, beaten.
Step 4 – Mix together Breadcrumbs or crushed pork rinds and parmesan cheese.
Step 5 – Preheat air fryer at 400F for 5 minutes. Dip the zucchini in the flour mixture, then egg, and then the breadcrumbs and place on a baking rack.
Step 6 – Add a single layer of breaded zucchini chips in the bottom of the air fryer basket, spray with vegetable oil.
Step 7 – Fry at 400F for 6-8 minutes, flip at 4 minutes. Cook until chips are browned and crispy. Cool on wire rack and serve.
