We have used many different types of apples and even a combination of several types. Apple recipes are easy to make and we love pink lady apples, granny smith apples and many others.

Whenever we go to Cracker Barrel, everyone wants to order fried apples. You can even use the leftover fried apples to make apple pie. These fried apples are full of flavor and the perfect amount of sweetness.

Expert Tips

  • Peeling Apples – Peeling apples can be a chore and I really don’t like peeling apples. I highly recommend that you get an apple peeler. Amazon has some on sale right now and they are worth the small investment. You can peel 10 or 20 apples in half the time with this thing – and clean up is a breeze.
  • Cooking Apples – Cooking time will vary depending on the size of apples. But our apples were done in about 15-20 minutes cooking over medium-low heat.
  • Apples – If you prepare you apples beforehand, you can place them in a bowl with water and lemon juice. This will prevent the apples from getting brown.

So good smell, i like the smell of cinnamon, it makes relax. Especially love the combination a little bit sour of apple and sweet of brown sugar. I often sprinkle some nuts and dressing up with green basil.
