Variations Ideas

  • Tortilla – You can use wheat flour tortilla or anything you prefer. Try using a smaller tortilla to make these for parties or Game Day.
  • Leftover Chicken – Use leftover rotisserie chicken to make the chicken Caesar wraps for an easy idea.
  • Fried Chicken Tenders – You can even use chicken tenders in the wraps.
  • Veggies – Feel free to add cherry tomatoes or other veggies you like. I even love to add diced avocado for a delicious addition.
  • Change Meat – You can make this wrap with other types of meat such as steak or shrimp.

How to Make Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap

  • Step 1 – First, layer each wrap with the chicken, lettuce, croutons, parmesan cheese and Caesar dressing.

  • Step 2 – Fold soft flour tortilla on the edge and roll tightly.
  • Step 3 – Cut in half and enjoy! It is that easy!

Expert Tips

  • Filling Wraps – When dividing the mixture on the tortilla, it is best not to just the right amount of filling. This way you can easily fold the tortilla around the filling without tearing the tortilla.
  • Microwave Tortilla – We find the warm tortillas fold best. So if you are having problems with the tortilla folding, you can try warming it for about 10 seconds.
  • Salad Mixture – You can layer the ingredients on the wraps, or toss the mixture together in a large bowl. The divide the mixture onto the tortillas.

One thing I must say is everything I’ve tried from Eating on a Dime has been extremely tasty.
Regarding the chicken ceasar wraps, they are top notch. These are definitely a must try especially when it’s to hot out to cook. Chicken can be prepared early before the heat of the day.
Give it a try you will not be disappointed. ??

  4. Carrie Barnard says:

They will get a little soggy so I wouldn’t make them more than a day ahead.

  5. Donna Domier says:

Do they keep if you make them ahead, or would they go soggy?

This was so good. Only change I would do is to make your own chicken stripes for it.
