Ingredients

Egg Salad Sandwich Ingredients - hard boiled eggs, mayo, dijon mustard, green onions, celery, fresh dill, salt and pepper, lettuce, wheat bread
  • Hard-Boiled Eggs and Cooled
  • Mayonnaise
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Green Onion, thinly sliced
  • Rib Celery, finely diced
  • Fresh Dill, chopped
  • Salt and Black Pepper
  • Romaine Lettuce
  • Wheat Bread

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1 – Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and chop egg whites.

Mashing the mayo, mustard, and seasoning to the mashed egg yolks.

Step 2 – Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard and salt & pepper to taste until smooth and creamy.
