- Pasta – Feel free to use any type of pasta variation such as penne or bowtie pasta. You can also make it with a gluten-free pasta.
- Dressing – We love the Greek Vinaigrette Dressing, but you can use a Italian Dressing, red wine vinegar, or extra virgin olive oil.
- Veggies – Add in vegetables that you prefer. Instead of grape tomatoes use cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, kalamata olives and garlic.
How to Make Greek Pasta Salad
- Step 1 – Cook pasta until al dente in a large pot with salt. Rinse under cold water and cool completely.
- Step 2 – In a large bowl toss pasta, and all the other ingredients.
- Step 3 – Stir to combine.
- Step 4 – Store, covered, in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve topped with fresh squeezed lemon juice.

- Cooking Pasta – Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package or to al dente in salted water. We like to prepare the pasta ahead of time so it is complete cool.

Greek Pasta Salad
Ingredients
- 16 oz rotini pasta penne or bowtie will work too
- 1 cup English cucumber diced
- 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
- 1 orange bell pepper red or green will work too
- 1/2 cup pitted olives sliced
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 cup greek vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente. Rinse under cold water and cool completely.
- In a large bowl combine pasta, and all the other ingredients
- Stir to combine.
- Store, covered, in the refrigerator for atleast 2 hours. Serve.
