How to Make Ham in the Air Fryer
Step 1 – Remove 3-pound ham from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
Step 2 – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, cinnamon and cloves until well combined. Feel free to simmer the glaze in a small saucepan before pouring over ham.
Step 3 – Check that the ham fits in the air fryer basket with space for air circulation. Place the ham cut-side down in the basket.
Step 4 – Brush half of the glaze mixture evenly over the entire surface of the ham. Set the air fryer to 300°F and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5 – Open the air fryer and brush the remaining glaze over the ham, making sure to get into the slices. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes, until the ham reaches an internal temperature of 140°F.
Step 6 – Let the ham rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute. Then the ham is ready to slice, serve and enjoy!
