Ingredients - Frozen meatballs, au jus gravy mix, ranch dressing mix, pepperoncini peppers, butter
  • Frozen Meatballs – Use any meatball flavor profile that you prefer
  • Ranch Dressing Mix – Use packet ranch seasoning mix or make Homemade Ranch Dressing
  • Mild Pepperoncini Peppers and Juice – If you are sensitive to spice use ¼ cup water instead of the pepperoncini juice. 
  • Butter – We used unsalted butter sliced into pieces

How to Make Crock Pot Mississippi Meatballs

Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker

Step 1 – Place the meatballs in the bottom of a crock pot.

Step 2 – Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and packet of au jus gravy mix evenly over the top of the meatballs in the crock pot.

Step 4 – Place the diced up butter on top of the meatballs. 

  • Step 5 – Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. 
  • Step 6 – Stir the ingredients thoroughly to combine all the ingredients. 
  • Step 7 – Serve warm and enjoy!

  • 1 packet Au Jus Gravy Mix 1 ounce
  • 1 packet Ranch Dressing Mix 1 ounce
  • 8 Mild Pepperoncini Peppers
  • 1/4 cup Pepperoncini Juice from the jar of peppers
  • 1/2 cup Butter sliced into pieces

  • Place the meatballs in the bottom of a crock pot.
