We make many grilling recipes in the summer. These Grilled Apples are great to serve with Grilled Pork Kabobs or enjoy after making Grilled Chicken Kabobs. We like to grill them directly on the grill grates for the best grill and amazing taste. You can even learn How to Cook Bratwurst for another easy meat to cook.

If you have made our Grilled Peaches, Grilled Tomatoes or Grilled Watermelon then you love these grilled apples.

Why We Love This Recipe

Grilled apples have a soft texture. Topping with the brown sugar mixture gives it the perfect amount of sweetness. Combining the sweetness with the smoky flavor makes it a side that we make often.

This is my go-to dessert to make because it is light, healthy and full of delicious flavor.

Ingredients

Apples, lemon juice, water, olive oil, butter, honey, cinnamon brown sugar
  • Apples – Use a firm apple
  • Lemon Juice – You can use bottle lemon juice, but we prefer fresh lemon juice.
  • Olive Oil – Use oil of your choice
  • Butter – We used unsalted butter
  • Honey – Perfect hint of sweetness
  • Ground Cinnamon – Substitute with pumpkin spice, nutmeg or apple pie spice
  • Brown Sugar – Learn to Make Homemade Brown Sugar
