Recipe Tips
- Prepare Baking Loaf – To easily remove the bread from the pan, line with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. It makes it easier to slice with the bread is out of the loaf pan.
- Baking Bread – Cooking time will vary when baking this bread. After about 30 minutes we recommend covering with foil so the center of the bread can finish cooking. Inserting a toothpick in the center of the bread is the best to make sure the bread is fully cooked.
- Rest Bread – For best results, we recommend resting bread in the pan for about 15 minutes.
- Bananas – If you have bananas that need to be frozen, check out How to Freeze Bananas.
