Thank you for sharing this 90 second bread recipe. I use to make this about 8 years ago, but I was doing something different and I’m not sure what it was because every time I made it the bread came out of the microwave about 2 1/2 ” thick. I remember using basically the same ingredients, but something is missing and I don’t remember what it was. I do remember using just (egg beaters ) egg whites in mine and I usually added shredded cheese to it. Yours is the closest I have found to what I use to make. So, Thank you again for putting this recipe online.
I really love making this bread. As a diabetic, it’s perfect for all meals and it helps to keep my blood sugar in check. I hope you have more recipes that can help me with my diabetes.
I literally just made this. It is yummy and a great option for keto bread however, if there’s one thing I could change, I would use a lot less salt. Mine was very salty. And I did use unsalted butter. I think next time I will just add maybe half the salt and see how that goes. I made this in the microwave and then I toasted it and used it for a ham egg and cheese sandwich
This was the first time I ever tried to make cloud bread and I used gluten-free Pillsbury flour and this was absolutely perfect. Thank you!!!
This is awesome. The only change I would make next time is to use very minimal salt as I found they were way too salty. I highly recommend them. Thanks so much for the great flexible recipe.
I haven’t tested that yet so I’m not sure. If you try it out, please let me know how it turns out!
Do you think that this would work with oat flour?
