- All Purpose Flour
- Large Eggs
- Milk
- Panko Breadcrumbs
- Vegetable Oil For Frying

Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1 – You will need 3 small bowls. Place flour in one bowl, eggs and milk in a second bowl (beat them together). Then the Panko crumbs in a third bowl.
- Step 2 – Slice the zucchinis in circle slices.
- Step 3 – Dip the zucchinis in the milk, then coat the zucchini slices in the flour. Then dip them back into the egg mixture and then in the bread crumb mixture. Place on a separate plate until ready to fry.
- Step 4 – Continue to do this until all of the zucchinis have been coated.
- Step 5 – Add oil to a small saucepan. You’ll need about 2 tablespoons of oil. Heat on medium heat until it has reached a temperature of 375 degrees F.
- Step 6 – Place the coated zucchinis in the oil and fry on each side until they are golden brown. I cooked mine for approximately 2-3 minutes per side.
- Step 7 – Then transfer the fried zucchinis to a plate lined with a paper towel. Allow them to cool (they will be hot) on a wire rack. You can top them with salt to keep them crisp at this time.
- Step 8 – Then serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy!

- Slice Zucchini – We recommend slicing the zucchini about the same size so they cook evenly and about the same time.
- Coating Zucchini – To ensure the that breadcrumbs stick, make sure to dredge with the flour and milk mixture.
- Frying Zucchini – When frying zucchini watch closely so you do not burn. Use a slotted spoon to remove the zucchini from the skillet to remove excess grease. We recommend frying in a single layer.
- Cooking Methods – Feel free to also cook the zucchini in the oven on a baking sheet or air fryer.
