Being a mom of 8, I always host all the holiday dinners. Deviled eggs are always on the menu and because I love dill pickles I decided to combined the two.

Step by Step Instructions

  • Step 1 – Peel your hard boiled large eggs and slice in half lengthwise.

Step 2 – Gently remove yolks from cook eggs and place in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, dijon, and pickle juice. Mash until smooth.

How to Peel Hard Boiled Eggs

When your hard boiled have cooled, they are ready to be peeled. These tips and tricks will help you have a clean peel every time.

  • Cold Water – Place hard boiled eggs in cold water to stop them from cooking and to easily peel. Keep them in the cold water for about 5 minutes.
  • Roll Egg – After the hard boiled eggs have cooled, roll on the counter to crack the shell. This will create large cracks to easily peel the egg.
