If you have been following me for awhile you know my family loves pizza. We love making Homemade Pizza for a lunch or a weeknight meal. But we have started loving grilling it for the smoky and savory flavors.

If you love easy pizza recipes as much as I do, you must make this Easy Bubble Up Pizza Recipe, Hot Honey Pepperoni Pizza and Tortilla Pizza Recipe.

Why This Recipe Works

Grilled pizza has now become our preferred way of making pizza at home. This recipe starts with a store-bought pizza crust and topped with leftover shredded chicken, cheese and onions.

Recipe Tips

  • Cooking Methods – We love the flavor that the grill gives the pizza but you can also bake this pizza in the oven. Place on a pizza stone, baking sheet or pizza pan to bake. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and heated through.
  • Shredding Chicken – If your chicken is not already shredded before preparing this pizza, then you can shred it with forks or learn how to shred with a Stand Mixer.
