What is an Over Hard Egg?
Eggs fried over hard is made with a fully cooked firm yolk. This means that there is no runny yolk or soft center. When cooking the egg, you can break the yolk with your spatula, but allow the yolk to fully cook.

Step 1 – Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium low heat. Heat the butter until it starts to foam.

You can also choose a cast-iron skillet but make sure it is well seasoned for the best results. Feel free to also use a stainless steel skillet but make sure to oil it properly. If the pain is not oiled, the eggs may not flip as well.
