- Instant Cheesecake Pudding Mix 3.4 oz box
- Vanilla Yogurt 6 oz each
- Whipped Topping 8 oz (Cool Whip)
- Fresh Strawberries sliced
- Bananas (sliced)
- Fresh Lemon Juice
How to Make Strawberry Banana Cheesecake Salad:
- Step 1 – Beat Cream Cheese – In a large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until soft and creamy with an electric mixer.
- Step 2 – Mix in Pudding Mix and Yogurt – Add in the pudding mix and yogurt. Mix until well combined creamy cheesecake filling.
- Step 3 – Fold in whipped topping – Fold in the whipped cream until combined with cream cheese mixture.
- Step 4 – Chill Mixture – Cover and chill these cheesecake mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 5 – Mix together fruit & lemon juice – In a large bowl, combine the slice strawberries and bananas and lemon juice.
- Step 6 – Gently mix in fruit – Right before you are ready to serve, gently fold in the strawberries and sweet bananas. Be careful not to smash the fruit and do not over mix.
