Slow cooker roast is always on the menu for an easy Sunday night dinner. If you have made our Slow Cooker Venison Roast, Christmas Roast or Slow Cooker Red Wine Pot Roast Recipe, then you are going to love this 3 Packet Roast.

This envelope roast is sprinkled with Ranch Seasoning Mix, Italian Dressing, and Brown Gravy Mix for a fork tender beef roast that everyone will love.

Why We Love This Roast Recipe

The combination of the 3 seasoning packets turns your roast into a flavorful roast. All the ingredients are added to the slow cooker to create a tender and juicy roast.

You can even change the seasoning packets and use Easy Homemade Taco Seasoning Recipe or Homemade Onion Soup Mix. Vegetables can also be added to the slow cooker to create a complete meal.

Ingredients

Ingredients - Rump roast, ranch seasoning mix, italian dressing, brown gavy mix, beef broth, cornstarch, water
  • Rump Roast – You can use a beef chuck roast instead of a rump roast in this recipe if you prefer.
  • Ranch Seasoning Mix – Use packet or make Homemade Ranch Dressing Mix
  • Beef Broth – Water can be used instead of the beef broth but I think the broth adds more flavor to the gravy so use broth if you can.
