FREE Weekly Menu Plan – 5/23

free weekly menu plan wtih printable grocery listI’m so excited to share with your my second set of Weekly menu plans. This menu plan also comes with a printable grocery list. First you will see the actual recipes and links directly to those recipes, and then you will see the grocery list at the bottom. Just click the items that you do NOT have in your pantry. Then click print. You will instantly then have your shopping list for next week!

Remember, creating a menu each week will save you time and money. Some say that menu planning alone can help you save up to 40% alone! Don’t over buy at the store each week because you didn’t plan.

Now I’m only including 5 dinners, because you may want to eat out one night and one night might be for leftovers… or sandwiches (when you have those crazy busy evenings!) Here are the recipes this week:

Baked Mexican Chicken with Crushed Tortilla chips with Spanish rice

Crockpot Tangy Steak with microwave baked potatoes with steamed broccoli

French Toast Casserole with scrambled eggs and fruit

Italian Soy Sauce Marinade Chicken with grilled chicken, grilled zucchini

Biscuit Pizzas  with pasta and salad

Rootbeer Float Popsicles – these are so fun!

Don’t forget, to sign up for my e-mails, so you never miss a menu plan. PLUS, you will also get my free crockpot cookbook.

Print your Grocery Shopping list:

Make sure you print your grocery shopping list below too. Below each recipe title, you will see the ingredients. Just click the check mark next to each one you need. Print and you are ready to head to the grocery store.  Let me know how you like it!
