I THINK this week should be a little less hectic, so maybe the whole NO FAST FOOD FAMILY thing won’t be quite as hard. We will see!
Here is our menu for the week:
Monday: Slow Cooker Stir Fry Chicken with rice and steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Crockpot Balsamic Chicken with pasta and salad
Wednesday: Crockpot BBQ Sandwiches (not eating buns) with roasted sweet potatoes and green beans
Thursday: Cilantro Lime Chicken in the crockpot (new recipe I am testing out) with rice and chili lime zucchini
Friday: Honey Garlic Chicken with carrots in the crockpot with rice and steamed broccoli
Saturday: Skillet Bruschetta Chicken with pasta and roasted zucchini
Sunday: Breakfast for dinner
What do we need this week?
Well, we already made a trip to Aldi for all our produce needs. I still need some cilantro and some balsamic vinegar. That is it!

Menu:
Monday- Fish tacos, Spanish rice, black beans, and all the extra toppings for tacos.
Tuesday- Sloppy Joes, tater tots, and peaches.
Wednesday-Butternut squash mac and cheese with broccoli and cinnamon apples.
Thursday-Garlic and Herb Pork Loin, roasted potatoes and carrots with homemade rolls.
Friday-Date night….eating out.
Saturday-Crockpot Balsamic chicken, stuffing w/cranberries, and greenbeans.
HMM… those all sound good. I am curios about your butternut squash.
