We have another busy week ahead of us… I think it is busy every week.
Here is our dinner menu:
Monday – We have a double header so we are eating out— Jersey Mikes!! I love them.
Tuesday – Pizza Sloppy Joes (I am making it up and I THINK they are going to be good – if so, I’ll post the recipe) with green beans
Wednesday – Redwine Skillet Chicken (i’ll post this recipe this week – it is good) with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli
Thursday – Sandwiches, chips and fruit (we will be out at soccer practice)
Saturday – Beefy Noodles with zucchini
Sunday – Crockpot Pork Chops with microwaved baked potatoes and broccoli
What we need this week:
All we needed this week was eggs, milk and bread, and some fruit!!

I need to make some muffins and I am going to try a protein bar recipe. If it is good, I’ll definitely post about it.
