Barbecue Ranch Crockpot Chicken

by Chenea on May 25, 2012

This is a super easy crockpot chicken dinner with a nice thick sauce. You will have this all prepped and thrown in the crockpot in no time. We served ours over rice with a side of green beans. Yum!

Barbecue Ranch Crockpot Chicken

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 4 hours

Barbecue Ranch Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 package ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and ranch seasoning mix together in large zipper baggie.
  2. Cut chicken in large chunks - I did 5-6 chunks per chicken breast.
  3. Add chicken breast pieces to zipper baggie and shake until all chicken pieces are coated.
  4. Dump chicken into crockpot sprayed with cooking spray.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine barbecue sauce and water until mixed well. Pour over chicken.
  6. Cook on low 4 hours. Serve over rice and enjoy!

Hello,

I am looking forward to making this recipe but was wondering if the chicken is frozen or thawed out?

Thank you!
